Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois
I was in a car accident where the other car was clearly at fault, I am insured and I was driving my fiances car which is also insured, i filed the claim through the insurance company of the at fault party but they are trying to deny my claim. I am seven moths pregnant, so i was taken to the hospital and the at fault driver was making an illegal turn i have witnesses and pictures of the accident. what can i do
