Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

Daughter Injured at School Field Trip

Two years ago when my daughter was in kindergarten her school went on a field trip to a pool. She fell straddled the concrete edge and fell in the deep end of the pool. No one from the school notified me that she had fallen. Later that night we had to take her to the emergency room. She was hurt and bleeding real badly. Is there any kind of legal action I can take?

Personal injury actions have a statute of limitations of 2 years. You may have already missed your window for bringing a complaint.
