Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

now what do I do

Our daughters ticket was thrown out for failure to yield the right of way thanks to her witnesses.

My question is what are our chances for going after damages and medical expenses. It is very clear the other driver was at fault when she Tboned our daughter in the center median. My daughter is constantly having muscle spasams since her accident, and complains about her back - What all happens with a personal injury case and how long do they take to settle?

Re: now what do I do

Your chances are very good.

In fact, you should make a claim at once--even if the ticket against your daughter was not thrown out.

If your daughter was injured as the result of another person's carelessness, she should file a claim as she is entitled to get compensated for her pain & suffering, loss of normal life, wage loss (if any), all reasonable medical expenses and any and all out of pocket expenses.

My firm regularly handles such cases. If I can be of assistance, contact me at once.

I hope this helps,
