Federal Tort Claims

Do you know someone that practices law concerning federal prisoner rights? Speaking for my son, he just recently was released from MCC Chicago and has 4 denied Tort Claims. We wish to submit the evidence and other documentation to a lawyer familiar in this subject for review. He has about 200 pages for review as he has done his due diligence. What are our options?
