Can I file a UCC Lien against a settlement for physician services, instead of a Physician's Lien?

No. First there is no such thing as a "UCC Lien". However, a UCC financing statement is a security instrument that identifies collateral that is like a mortgage on personal property and is granted by a debtor under a security agreement related to the financing of the property being given as collateral.
