I am very sorry to read about your son's injury. It will take a complete investigation to determine if you have a good case. Suing a school district can be very difficult.

Re: Injury at School

You may or may not have a strong case. It all depends on details and facts of how the incident took place. It also depends on the what school your son was attending and the circumstances surrounding the event.

I will need to know a lot more about the incident in order to be able to give you a thoughtful answer.

If you like to contact my office, you may do so or you may email me with all the details about the event. I will do my best to answer them.

I hope this helps-

Re: Injury at School

This had to be horrifying for you and your son. I hope all of you are doing better.

I have been handling personal injury cases for over 25 years throughout Illinois and over 20 years in Indiana. Simply stated, this should not have happened! There are no acceptable excuses. This sounds like a possible case for negligent supervision or understaffing.

I would welcome the opportunity to assist you and your family or to refer you to local counsel in your area. Please email me with more details of exactly what happened.
