Is it lawful for a hospital to run toxicology tests on an unconcious person that was invovled in a 2 vehicle accident?

What's your point? Afraid of liability because you were you drinking or on some controlled substance? If you were unconscious at the time, without various tests the hospital could have performed emergency medical treatments on you that could have been deadly depending on your condition. Plus, there's insufficient information, because there is a rule of implied consent in emergency situations, but perhaps there was a family member that authorized the tests while you were unconscious.

Yes-so long as the test was medically necessary to perform emergency medical care to you or whoever was the unconscious patient at the time.
