Re: personal injury lawsuit over $50000

What is the nature of the lawsuit?

You state "personal injury over $50,000" - please provide some more details, including accident and insurance coverage.

If, for example, you were operating a motor vehicle without insurance - and you caused an accident that resulted in injuries - then I have no sympathy for you or your situation.

However, if you are truly an innocent victim of this situation then I can try to be of some assistance.

Thanks,

It depends on the facts of the case you are being sued for. Need a lot more information and facts.

You need to report this to your insurance company if this was an automobile accident or an injury that occurred at your house or apartment.

If you had insurance, you are entitled to free representation from a lawfirm hired by the insurer.
