Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

Hello there... I have a question in regards to injuries I received while working for an estate. I fell from a ladder 10 ft. onto concrete, breaking my Left leg tib/fib and breaking my right heel in 3 places while I was changing light bulbs on the garage's sensor motion light fixture. It has been 3 months and I am still no weight bearing on both legs. It looks like I may be off for a considerate time more. What are my legal rights when it comes to getting injured on an estate and do I have a case? Thank you for your time.

Warmest Regards,

james

You need to speak with an attorney immediately. Generally the first consulatation is free and with no obligation. I will need a lot more information before even attempting to give you an intelligent answer. Call my office if you want to discuss further or need help finding an attorney.

I hope this helps.

I am sorry to hear about your fall. You may or may not have a case. Without knowing more details it is hard to say for sure. It is even possible that you may have more than one case and more than one party may be responsible. You should contact an attorney as soon as possible as the more time that passes the harder it is to find witnesses, take pictures if necessary and conduct an investigation. You may feel free to contact me at my toll free number. Please expect to spend at least 15 minutes with an initial telephone conference and then if warranted, I would meet with you in person in the Momence area at no cost to you. You are only about an hour away and I practice injury law throughout Indiana and Illinois.

Dear Sirs,

Your legal rights would need to be protected by a prompt investigation into the causes of the accident.

After that has been completed, we could then properly advise you as to whether you have a valid case.

Please call our office on today's date to discuss in more detail. (312) 977--9900.
