Rear end accident
I was recently rear ended while stopped at a red light. My car is totaled and I have back as well as neck injuries. I was paying for my car monthly through a finance company, the blue book value is below what I owe on the car. And the other driver was at fault, do I need to continue making the car payments since I no longer have the vehicle, Or what should I do now. You must continue paying for the car. You must also treat your injuries. If you were rear ended, the other person probably has most, if not all of the liability.

Yes, you are still contractually responsible for the payments on the car. You want to keep your credit good. You would be able to claim the damages in a lawsuit as one of the counts.
