Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

Son got hurt outside parking lot of walmart

My family was doing some shopping for my boys for school at Walmart. So when we were all done we started heading out to the parking lot. I was holding my 9 years old sons hand, when he stumbled down to the floor and started to cry. when i saw was a piece of red mulch going through his sandle right into his left foot. We took him back into the store and made a report and we rushed him to the immediate care down the street. His foot had to be put to sleep because he had a piece of sandle in his foot. He cannot put any pressure on it. he was also put on no activity for a week from school or any sports. he was also put on antibiotics. what can i do in this situation?

You should consult with a local injury lawyer so that he or she can begin an investigation. The earlier an investigation begins, the more likely it is that evidence can be obtained and preserved. In the meantime, be sure to keep all receipts and hopefully your son will make a quick and full recovery. Good luck.
