Legal Question in Product Liability in Illinois
foreign body in marinade
I found what looks like possibly a piece of squid about 5 inches long in a bottle of injectable marinade that is supposed to be all liquid. I have another bottle unopened that appears to have small pieces as well. What can I do?

Get your receipt and take the product back to the seller.

you should contact the manufacturer and tell them about this to make sure they fix whatever that has gone wrong.
Otherwise, unless you can show that you have been injured as the result of this, you can throw them out.
