Legal Question in Product Liability in Illinois

Misprinted Label

Hello,

I was looking at a label from a drink and I saw that the weight of it is entirely wrong. It says .5L, 1PT, .9fl OZ. Clearly the problem is that .5L does not equal .9 fl OZ, but rather around 8 fl OZ. Is this in anyway suitable for a lawsuit?

It may be suitable for a lawsuit but I would need additional facts.

Re: Misprinted Label

There is a possibility. Although I like to know how the misprinting has affected you and whether or not it is a simple typo on the label or ALL labels are wrong.

I do need more information.
