Tooth found in food

I chew on a tooth in my packaged food. Now I've been freaking out about eating out or eating any other food. I haven't been able to sleep/ and now paranoid about every item that may feel funny in my mouth. How can i get something done about it? This is killing me.

Sue the food seller. Be careful though, if there is fraud, you could be in criminal trouble.
