Legal Question in Product Liability in Illinois

I had trial and lost to GM in Chicago 2007, appeal filed - GM bankruptcy almost done and so is the case.

Have discovered today extensive additional information regarding GM vehicles that expose passengers to biological toxins from HVAC Systems beginning in 1981 and continuing through 2007. Millions of vehicles involved. Severe health consequences due to mold, bacteria and mycotoxins.

Seeking other legal assistance for stopping GM bankruptcy. Help!

There is the Illinois Attorney General for one. Then there are a fair number of attorneys (I am NOT one) who handle what are called "class action" lawsuits. But if you're saying you lost the case but now have new evidence, there are procedures, time dependent including whether there was fraudulent concealment of the evidence, to reopen a case. Or it could be a new case.

The response given is based upon the limited facts provided by the person asking the question. To the extent additional or different facts exist, the response might possibly change. Attorney is currently licensed to practice law only in the State of Illinois. Responses are based solely on Illinois law unless stated otherwise.
