Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

I am Looking for an aggressive Attornewy hat will fight for Our rights as a homeowner in a 11 Home Home Owners Association.

The HOA has Hired a Law Firm that specilaizes in HOAs. They pay in our Budget $ 100 a month.

to them.

The Association is Disfunctional.

I have contacted many Law firms But all they want to do is represnt the HOA

Not the owner.

Nothing gets done becuase the Prseident wants only his agenda.

The two different factions each hold the other group at bay

It is impossible to determine how to help you, for several reasons. First, you don't identify where you are -- so no lawyer can tell if he or she is anywhere nearby -- often these things need close proximity.

Second, you don't identify what kind of association -- it would help to know if you're a condo, townhome, cooperative, or other. Because ordinarily your remedy is to vote the bad people out, and if elections are a problem, that's another layer of things the attorney has to think about too.

Third, you're right -- usually attorneys would like to represent the associations/boards because they control the association purse. That doesn't mean that a few unhappy owners can't band together and hire an attorney, or that you can't do so on your own.

And if there's a stalemate among the owners that is forcing the President to take unilateral actions, then the President appears to be taking the right step in calling upon outside counsel to help restore some kind of order.
