Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

My aunt "tricked" my grandparents to change POWER OF ATTORNEY to her name, my aunt, for both grandfather and grandmother. My grandmother wants to change it back to how it was but my aunt wont give back the papers. Can new papers be written up? Or do we need original papers? Thank you so much! Any questions if this is confusing please call 312-804-3180

You need to hire counsel to draft documents revoking the Power Of Attorney and to send a cease and desist letter to your aunt.
