Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

my father and aunt had a house they inherited from their mother years ago. Now my father died many years ago and my aunt is dying and her daughter is claiming the house, Do I have any part of that house that is located in Puerto Rico but i live in Illinois. would I have to travel to resolve this matter.

I can pretty much guarantee that you will have to travel. Judges like it when litigants appear before them instead of "mailing it in". You would want to meet the lawyer you hire anyway.
