Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

Housing Developement Associations

My son recently bought a home in an area where there is an association for a pool. He drives a work van and was told he cannot park it on the street or driveway. It was the sellers obligation to disclose this information before closing. This did not happen. This information occured after closing. H e makes his livelyhood with this van. What are his obtions?

Re: Housing Developement Associations
