Land trust signatures

If my home was put into a land trust, wouldn't I have had to sign my name along with the others involved on the land trust form? In other words, I think my signature might have been forged.

Hello. Yes. In setting up a land trust, you

would have to sign the deed in trust (trust deed)

conveying the property into the land trust. If

you did not do this, someone forged your signature. I will be happy to answer any additional questions that you might have.
