the lease ends on 2/28/2017, but the tenant said she needs two more days to move, so she put her stuff in livingroom and basement, after 2days, she said she need more 30days to move, I gave her 30dyas moving notice, but after 30dyas ,she said she can not move until court order, I filed eviction today, the tenant said I rent livingroom to her for 2years, but in fact I help her because she said she need more days to move out, if go to court hearing, the tenant lie to judge and said I rent living room to her, what I should response, I have lease with her, clearly showed I rent the apartment to her not livingroom, I handed the 30days moving notice to here face to face and also put on her door and took a photo as proof, but she lie that she never received any notice, what should I response to judge ? if she lie ,I have photo for proof that the 30days notice given to her,

Not sure of the question, but without an attorney now you're worried how a judge will react to the tenant denying ever receiving the landlord's notice. This is why it is helpful to have a witness, or to have a third party present, at time of service, and if you try to use the picture the judge may or may not allow it for a variety of reasons. But you have a court date and without more there is nothing that anyone can help you with.
