Are lie detector tests admissable in an illinois law suit?

Generally, polygraph examinations are admissible but are not dispositive. It depends on what kind of lawsuit you have filed, but the bigger issue is whether you can force someone to take a polygraph. In Illinois, the answer to that question is no.
