i missed my court date and now i have one and they said its for petition to. what does that mean?

And also in was on probation.

Hello. You should immediately go to the Clerk of the Court at the courthouse to make sure you do not have a warrant for your arrest. Also a petition for violation of your probation may have been filed by the prosecutor. This is a very serious matter in light of the fact that you missed your court date. You certainly should have an attorney.
