no money down

i sold a property for no money down .held a second mortage that i will not file.also said i recived .1000.00 erenst money that i didnt recive.is this sale against the law.

Clearly you made statements that were not true,

and the sale presumably involved a federally

insured loan. In Illinois the Attorney General's

office is cracking down on people who make false

representations regarding real estate transactions. Yes, what you did is against

the law.
