Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

I owned condominium in a building without association. I know it is not good situation.There are 8 owners. From all those people i can only talk to one. Others one was deported, another those not show up often in a building, others simply do not anwser my phone calls. What can I do in this situation?

If it is really a condo there is an association but it is apparently not active. There're procedures to activate it but it sounds like you need, and I recommend, a condo attorney to help. Let me know if I can be of assistance.
