I bought a boat with a partner a year ago with the agreement we would pay 50/50 for it. At the time he had put more money down on the boat than I did. I have tried to give him my half, but he has refused. He now has control of the boat and won't let me use it. Is there any way we can get either party to buy one partys half of the boat out.

You need to file a suit to dissolve the partnership and divide up the assets.
