Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

I have property with a perscriptive easement in Illinois. I have owned the property for 50 years. If I sell the property will the perscriptive easement pass to the new owner?

Do you mean you have a prescriptive easement over OTHER property, or another property has a prescriptive easement over YOUR property?
