I recently purchased property that has a trailer on it that has a lien against it. Do I own the contents of the trailer since it is on my property?

Can't say. Would have to understand how the trailer got there in the first place, what it's still doing there, and what kind of lien there is. It could be abandoned property, or not. What I don't understand is why this was not dealt with during your purchase.
