rent
if I mailed my rent and my landlord still hasnt recieved it after 1 week, and he wants me to pay for cancel check, do I have to pay that, or can I deduct it from the rent?

You have to pay for the canceled check. Or just pay him for the next month.

you can not deduct your cancel check fee from the rent. It is not your landlord's fault that the check was not received.
