selling condo

been married for 6 month we live in condo that wife own before we were married she wants to sell i want to wait another 1-2 yrs due i have to sign off on sell or can she sell it without me??

If the financing is all hers and her name is the only one on the title, then she can pretty much do whatever she wants with it.

Depends.

If you live in the condo as husband and wife you have a homestead interest in the property. If not, she can sell it.

Because you live there, you do have a homestead interest in the property. If the title company or attorney who closes your loan or represents the buyer knows what they are doing, they will require your signature on the deed. She could possibly compel you to convey your interest via a partition suit. The two of you really need to sit down and talk about this.
