How do let the courts know that a forclosure summons has the wrong name on it?

The answer to your question depends on many circumstances. However, a foreclosure is a serious matter and you should not try to handle this without an attorney.

I'm not sure what you mean by "wrong name", but try calling the attorney's office whose name is on the court papers at the bottom left and telling them. If that doesn't work, you may have to show up in court to explain your dilemma to the judge and other attorney.
