Can a tenant demand that we take a lie detector test?

I have a question and I need your help...

My organization owns commericial buildings and at each location we have a

management office consisting of 5 people (manager, admin, engineer, day

porter, etc. One of the tenants had a theft in their space and the police

told them it was an inside job. Now the tenant is requiring all his

employees to take a lie detector test and is demanding that our management

office do the same.

What are your feelings.....we are not legally required to take it, right?
