transfer of property

both parents are deceased and i am the executor. what form is necessary to transfer ownership to be able to offer property at contract for deed.

Thank you for your question. You did not indicate whether the estate is in Probate. If so, I never recomend that an executor sell property on contract. Doing so can cause the estate to stay open much longer, require ongoing reports to Probate and increased expenses. If not I still don't recomend it unless you are the only heir due to ongoing fiduciary duties that you have to other heirs duriong the term of the contract.

hat being said,I am unaware of a specific form designed for your situation as an Executor. I suggest that you contact an attroeny to draft a contract specific to your situation. You will have much more thorough protection than if there was such a form for your use. Good luck.
