Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Illinois

What course of action should we take now?

My daughter has been sexually assaulted by a co-worker, this after a couple of months of work sexual harassment. She was frightened, didn't tell anyone until days after, she went to work but couldn't stay (panic attacks), I took a letter she wrote her supervisor asking to be transferred and a vague description as to why she couldn't work there. Two days later, a past supervisor at a different location, informed her that she had heard my daughter was terminated. I need to help her with the next steps, desperately. She's losing too much. What can we do?

First of all, what do you mean by sexually assaulted? You may need to file a police report.
