Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Illinois
What are my rights.
Younger people hired w/in the last yr. From the VP who makes common knowledge he would like to lay, either he, she, the other girl or someone will initiate the conversation daily w/very descriptive conversations out loud for all to hear. Do I have to be subjected to the bar conversations daily? Even bold visuals. ie..stud finder, product book ''Hot Box'' all placed in full view of one girl in particular..Im no prud, like a good joke but daily? What do I do...
