Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Illinois

Sexual harassment from the Owner

As a bartender, female employees are often harassed by customers and the customers are escorted out accordingly. However, my question is this: what is a female bartender to do when the owner of the establishment, along with his personal friends as well as a fellow female employee become sexually offensive and derrogatory, creating a sexually hostile work environment?
