Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Illinois

I'm two years older then my boyfriend. His mother isn't fond of me, and my parents are worried that sense I just turned 18 his mom could call the cops on me and I could be charged with sexual harrassment without his involvement. Is this so?

First of all, only the states attorney can press charges and it is highly unlikely that they would assuming he is not involved, as whatever information the parents have is hearsay,
