706 estate tax return
I amended the 706 claiming taxes paid to Wisconsin. then I received a $4,000 refund from Wisconsin. What do I do now?

The first thing you should do is to ask this question of the person who prepared the Federal and WI 706 returns.
A tax refund is money coming back to the estate, so unless there are other taxes or expenses to be paid from the estate, the funds would be split between the beneficiaries.
