Legal Question in Tax Law in Illinois

Our booster club is a nonprofit 501c3. Each member is responsible to pay a specific amount each year to cover the cost of competition and uniform fees. Can we offer optional fundraising to the individuals to cover their dues and still allow others to just the fees if they choose not to fundraise?
