I filed my taxes and agreed to certain terms and conditions. The dependents on my taxes had already been claimed so I was told to come in and resign because of course there was new numbers and fees. I did not go back to resign but they had proccessed my taxes for me any way wit new terms that I never agreed upon. Is that legal?

Tax preparers are obligated by law to correct (amend) returns if they discover the information provided to them by the taxpayer was wrong.
