Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois

I was arrested for driving under a suspended license. During the same stop, I was arrested and issued 9 tickets. Underage possession of alcohol, possession of drug paraphanelia, no seatbelt, failure to properly display license plates, loud muffler, driving under a suspended license. I have been arrested once before and have quite a few traffic tickets. I am wondering what I might be facing at my court date April 30th? Thank you.

The answer is that you will be facing serious trouble. You should obviously hire an attorney to see what can be done to help you. And, you should do whatever it takes to obtain a valid driver's licnse, valid plates and so forth.

If your license was suspended due to a DUI you could potentially charged with a Felony.
