Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
My boyfriend and myself were having an argument. He was yelling from outside the passenger window. I start to back up to leave (flee the argument) he decides to walk around the moving vehicle and I ran over his foot. Am I liable? I offered to take him to the hospital and pay expenses.
