Back child supportn owed
My sons father is be hind in child support. His father died and there is a Will. I was wondering what I need to do to get the back support out of his inhertence?

You need to get a judgment on the child support owed, and then file a claim with the probate court.
I would strongly advise consulting with an attorney on getting this done properly. There are deadlines involved, and you don't want to miss your opportunity to receive payment due to a technicality.
