Beneficiaries
Should our primary and contingent beneficiaries, named on our individual assets, be the same as what is stated in our wills for the entire estate? Which would take precedence?

It depends on what you want. Beneficiary designations should be carefully coordinated with the terms of your will/trust. A valid beneficiary designation with a living beneficiary will control over the terms of your will.
