How do I challenge a power of attorney? What type of law does it fall under and how can I ask to see the document and or fill out form to challenge document

It depends on the circumstance. A probate law attorney would be able to help you. An agent under a power of attorney has a fiduciary duty. There is not a form to fill out to challenge a power of attorney. You would need to consult with an attorney.
