can my second wife will to her children items that was purchased durring our time togeather?

It depends how the property was titled (such as real estate, cars, etc.) and could also depend on whether the items were purchased with marital assets, or whether she used her own funds.
As her spouse, you also have rights to her estate.
Have an attorney review your list of items and your spouse's will so he/she can advise you on whether you have rights to the property.

Yes, she may. Whether it is enforceable is debatable.
