Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

Deceased

Do you need a special form to make a claim against an estate? Do I just write a simple letter requesting payment along with copies of proof of payment to be refunded?

Hello. The office of the clerk in the county where the estate was opened

should have a claim form. It is best to use this. Will be happy to answer any additional questions that you may have.
