how does executor of estate get reimbursed for milage?travel is 100 miles one way and making trip twice a month

Who signs the checks? Is this a court supervised probate proceeding? Is there an attorney for the executor? The answer depends on the foregoing. The IRS standard mileage rate for 2012 is 55.5 cents per mile for business miles. This has been the rate in effect since July 1, 2011.
