I will assume that the testator has already died and you think there is a more recent will. Professional advice requires more background but you could check with the lawyer who drafted the will. If you think someone is holding back on disclosing the more recent will to you then you can ask the judge to force its production. If you are a beneficiary of the will that is being probated then this gives you more leverage. That's the best I can suggest without having more background.

If the person is still alive, you have no right to know if that person changed or updated his or her will.
