A better statement of the background would be necessary to advise you properly, but it sure sounds like you risk losing the property. The foreclosing lender may have to jump an additional hurdle or two to make sure it is pursuing a proper party, but that will not buy too much time. Discuss your options with an attorney (is there equity, can someone finance the property, is there time to sell, are there funds to bring the loan payments current, ...). Do not limit yourself by the scope of a site like this. At minimum, consult by telephone, although you will find that a face to face consultation is best.
